Toys R Us will begin their massive liquidation sales today, Thursday, March 22, 2018. The huge going-out-of-business sale comes a week after the retail giant announced that they are planning on closing all 735 of their stores. The Toys R Us liquidation sale is not a regular sale and there are some things you need to know before shopping.
Toys R Us, which is based in Wayne, N.J., starts their liquidation sale on Thursday and the company expects to shutter their doors forever by the end of June. The timeframe for Toys R Us to sell off their enormous inventory was divulged on Tuesday at a hearing in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Richmond, Virginia.
