Sure, a $5.5 million mansion in South Beach would be pretty awesome but with that part of the country you’re not getting nearly as much of a house as you think you are. $5.5 million in Columbus, Ohio buys you a palace whereas $5.5 million in South Beach doesn’t even guarantee you’re not the smallest house on the block.
This property is quite different, though. You can find the Arkup at 400 Alton Road and this $5.5 million floating mansion is designed to go anywhere on the water just like a luxury yacht.
Want to pop over to The Bahamas for a weekend with your house? Just drag it the few hours it takes to run from South Florida across the Gulf Stream and you can party it up in your own crib.
In total, there are 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, an extendable party deck for entertaining, a full kitchen, and more. It’s literally a yacht-house, or a house-yacht, whichever you’d prefer to call it. This award-winning property is one of the coolest I’ve seen in a long time.
This entire world of Arkup is pretty wild. You can check out their website here. They rent some out, built custom options, all for wealthy people looking to live a lavish life anywhere.
I’ve been fortunate enough to spend some time vacationing on a friend’s family’s 120-foot yacht in The Bahamas and I highly recommend that experience to anyone and everyone. I’ll almost likely never be able to afford that level of vacation for myself in the future but I’m sure you will, I believe in you bro.
But if you’d rather skip the straight-forward yacht all together and go BIG with a luxury superyacht that’s masquerading as a house then you really shouldn’t look any further than Arkup because these are straight up sick. And I cannot imagine a cooler way to party in Miami than this.
