Raiders interim head coach Antonio Pierce continues to receive praise from fans while ushering in a culture shift in Las Vegas.
For the past week, Raiders players have praised Pierce after the team fired Josh McDaniels. Hunter Renfrow even went on to say that the team is no longer walking on eggshells and can go back to having fun again.
Over the weekend fans noticed Raiders practice squad players were on the sideline during the team’s game. Pierce was asked the reasoning behind his decision, and this was his answer.
“They got a Raiders uniform. Those guys bust their tails,” “Every man’s in there. You’re on the team, you’re part of the team, you’re in there on gameday… the way we practice those two days and what we ask them to do, they deserve to be on our sideline, they earned that right”
