Derek Jeter reportedly dated model Vida Guerra back in 2005, something you may have forgotten about given the Yankee legend’s elaborate and, at times, astounding juggling act. In fact — as you’ll notice above — poor Vida was forced to ride the bench in ESPN’s starting lineup of Jeter’s top “accomplishments.
”Today, Vida was thoughtful enough to offer up some kind words for Jeter on his recent engagement to Victoria’s Secret model, Hannah Davis.
“He said once he retired he wanted to get married, so he’s living his dream,” she says. “He’s really an awesome person, and I wish him all the best.”
Just wonderful stuff. By no means did this have anything to do with getting her name in the news and your eyeballs on her ass.
