TCU Suffers Another Big Blow As Star Receiver Leaves The Program

It was a season to remember for the TCU Horned Frogs. Yes, it didn’t end well, but the Horned Frogs defied all expectations by going 13-2 and playing for a national title, where they were smashed by Georgia.

A big part of that was their great offense, led by quarterback Max Duggan.

Duggan, who was the Heisman runner-up, had some good receivers to throw to. None were better than Quentin Johnston.

Johnston was a monster for TCU this year. The 6’4 wideout had 60 catches for 1069 yards and 8 touchdowns this year en route to All-American honors.

But, he won’t back next year. The junior announced on Monday that he will enter the NFL draft.
