This is what happens when you put Vanessa Kirby, Rebecca Ferguson and Hayley Atwell in the same movie. Tom Cruise is a genius. pic.twitter.com/bH6XwTIIs7

Director Christopher McQuarrie — who helmed Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation and Mission: Impossible – Fall and also seems to be Cruise’s go-to creative collaborator these days — received his fair share of recognition for the accomplishment, too.

One of the reasons that the Mission: Impossible franchise seems to be getting better with each passing family is that Cruise obviously knows a movie star when he sees one, as evidenced by the additions of Rebecca Ferguson in 2015 Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation, Vanessa Kirby in 2018’s Mission: Impossible – Fallout, and Hayley Atwell — who has been dropping jaws all over the globe with her press tour outfits — in Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One.
In addition to the aforementioned Cruise and Atwell, Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One — hitting theaters on Wednesday, July 12 — stars Simon Pegg, Rebecca Ferguson, Vanessa Kirby, Ving Rhames, Pom Klementieff, Esai Morales, Shea Whigam, and more. The film will then be followed up by Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part Two, which is scheduled to release in movie theaters on July 24, 2024.
