The Denver Nuggets are currently preparing for the NBA Finals as they take on the Miami Heat in Game 1.
Leading up to the championship round of the NBA Playoffs though, Nuggets head coach Michael Malone shared a hilarious story about Nikola Jokic and his horse.
Apparently, Malone is no longer allowed to ride Jokic’s horse after a visit.
During a sit down interview with Pardon My Take, Malone shared the story of why Jokic won’t let him ride his horse ever again.
Apparently, the Nuggets head coach was riding a bit faster than Nikola Jokic liked. Hear the story for yourself below!
Michael Malone got one chance to ride Nikola Jokic’s horse in Serbia and fucked it up so bad that the Joker will never let him again. @pardonmytake pic.twitter.com/s9BNPpUpRy

I like how Malone basically turned into that viral snow mobile guy who says “You silly? I’m still gonna send it.”
For reference.
"Are you silly? I'm still gonna $SEND it!" – the motto. pic.twitter.com/lZ42QdSMcL

And clearly, Nikola Jokic was not happy about it. But how awesome would it be to ride in a chariot being pulled by Jokic’s horse?
It honestly sounds more like a fever dream than a reality. But hey, when you’re an NBA superstar, why not own a horse or two?
Although Michael Malone is no longer allowed to ride Nikola Jokic’s horse, the two still get a long just fine, which is great news considering the Nuggets are in the NBA Finals.
Maybe Jokic will ease up and give Malone a second chance if Denver secures the title.
