The Los Angeles Lakers have made some progress in recent weeks as they aim to get back into the mix of things in the Western Conference.
However, the team hit a road bump on Sunday after it was announced Anthony Davis suffered another injury. Now, the fanbase is in turmoil over the news.
According to NBA on ESPN, “Anthony Davis is expected to miss multiple weeks with a right foot injury.” The Lakers’ star power forward has struggled to remain healthy throughout his career and that isn’t changing in 2022. Now, Los Angeles is going to have to figure out a way to remain competitive without one of the best players on the team.

As you can imagine, Lakers fans aren’t taking this news too well. Some are upset while many aren’t surprised. In all, the LA fanbase isn’t happy about the team’s chances right now.

We’ll see how it plays out. Hopefully, Anthony Davis can fully recover and help Los Angeles when he comes back. Even so, the fanbase doesn’t seem as hopeful.
