Benjamin Watson didn’t seem to appreciate Peter Burns cracking jokes about his wife.
During halftime of the Vanderbilt-Florida game on the SEC Network the crew was talking about suits which led Burns to crack a joke about getting a text from Watson’s wife.
Watson: “As long as I get a text from my wife that says I look good, send me the text, baby.
Burns: “That’s not the text she sent me”

Watson appeared upset about the joke, and the two hosts were not seated when the halftime show returned from a commercial break.
Here’s how fans reacted to Burns’ joke.
Everyone doesn’t play those sexual in nature wife jokes. I know Ben personally. He definitely doesn’t play about the wife. Ben is very religious. He liked to lost all his religion in 5 sec. https://t.co/m23f7tUwVL
