Founded in the UK in 2014, Grace Wales Bonner launched her label, WALES BONNER, shortly after graduating from Central Saint Martins.
Since then, she has received widespread recognition from many of the biggest designers in the fashion world, including an LVMH Young Designer Prize in 2016 after her first solo runway presentation.
Fast forward to today where Grace Wales Bonner is working on her partnership with adidas Originals. The latest capsule from the two brands is called “Black Sunlight,” and it pays tribute to the world of Caribbean Thought and Black British Intellectualism. The collection highlights 80s inspired cuts that are fused together with Wales Bonner’s elevating styling.
