When you think of NFL misery, the Jets have to come to mind. And, the end of the first half of their Black Friday matchup against the Dolphins, they gave up a touchdown in the most debilitating way possible.
After intercepting Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa with just seconds remaining in the first half just a few minutes after a pick-six made it 10-6, the Jets had a chance to throw a Hail Mary into the end zone with Tim Boyle at quarterback, but disaster struck.
Take a look.
Here's Jets QB Tim Boyle throwing a hail mary pick-six.

That’s young star safety Jevon Holland with the insane return. And, let’s make sure we give him credit for just how good of a play it was. Yeah, it’s funny to laugh at the Jets, but a 99-yard interception return when plenty of Jets had plenty of time to get an angle on him is impressive. It’s not like he jumped a hitch route at the goal line and had nothing but green grass ahead of him. It was an awesome play.
Let’s face it. Everyone is laughing at the Jets here. Remember, it was a Thanksgiving night game where Mark Sanchez infamously butt-fumbled against the Patriots eleven years ago. And, this play will be similarly remembered as an absolute disaster. Only the Jets could have a Hail Mary returned for a pick six.
