Game 1 in this series was all over the place and the biggest takeaway was Kristaps Porzingis getting ejected in the third quarter for doing absolutely nothing.
The Clips walked away with an eight-point win in Game 1, but prior to Porzingis getting tossed, Dallas looked strong and led by five at that point in the game.I think that altercation and tough loss is going to fuel the Mavs on Wednesday night. The Clippers have beaten up on Dallas each time they’ve met up this season, but Wednesday night could look a little different given the situation transpiring earlier in the week. The Mavs had an atrocious third quarter following the ejection and I don’t see that happening yet again on Wednesday.
Luka Doncic was a problem for Los Angeles as he dropped 42 points in Game 1. Given his hot hand and the somewhat sizeable point-spread of six, Dallas is the move on Wednesday night.
