Point guard Dennis Schröder is catching some flak from old school NBA fans after it was revealed that he now has a Los Angeles Lakers tattoo.

What’s wrong with that?

He also has a Boston Celtics tattoo.

Jeannie Buss is not going to like that. After all her last words in the season finale of Legacy: The True Story of the LA Lakers on Hulu were related to how she REALLY wants to win a 18th NBA championship before the Celtics do.

The Lakers tweeted the photo of Schröder’s new ink this week after he made his practice debut to begin his second run with the team.

Younger NBA fans don’t really seem to have a problem with it.

Honestly, based on the amount of money he has made playing in the NBA, Dennis Schröder should really have a Atlanta Hawks ($23 million) and a Oklahoma City Thunder ($30 million) tattoo before either the Lakers ($18 million) or the Celtics ($3.8 million). The Rockets only paid him $1.8 million so he feel good about leaving them off his body.
