NBC has found themselves under fire after fans noticed the network edited out a portion of CJ Stroud’s postgame interview.
On Saturday night, Stroud led the Texans to their first playoff win since 2019. During his postgame interview, Stroud made sure to first praise Jesus before talking about the game or his accolades.
“First and foremost, I want to give all glory and praise to my lord Jesus Christ.”
"Glory to my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ."

On their social media page, NBC decided to edit out Stroud’s mention of Jesus Christ.

And here’s a side-by-side comparison of the edited and unedited video.
BREAKING: NBC is being accused of editing CJ Stroud’s postgame interview, cutting out CJ thanking Jesus Christ.
It seems like being religious and praying to a god is no longer allowed.

Definitely not a good look for NBC and we’ll have to wait and see if they issue apology for their edit.
