Lonzo Ball and his father LaVar have made it clear that they want the UCLA star to continue his career in his Los Angeles. It appears that dream might actually become a reality if the LA Lakers land a top draft pick in the NBA lottery.
According to ESPN’s Chad Ford the LA Lakers are “enamored” with Ball.

“The Lakers appear to be enamored with Ball, a local product who could add star power to a team desperately in search of it,”. “But they’ll likely have to land in the top two to get him.”
The Lakers have a 47% chance of grabbing a top-3 pick in the NBA draft lottery but will probably need to land in the top 2 to pick Lonzo in the draft.
