Because of a news report by NBC4 in Washington, D.C. that said that almost 100 federal employees had been caught watching porn at work over the past five years Jimmy Kimmel took to the streets to see if this was normal behavior.
However, rather than just ask people and show their responses he took it next level by asking the audience whether they thought each person being interviewed was guilty before revealing their answers.
