The Las Vegas Raiders were a complete mess in the closing minutes of Monday Night Football. The final play was a total disaster as Hunter Renfrow ran right into Davante Adams, giving the Kansas City Chiefs the win. Afterward, Adams was seen shoving a cameraman to the ground in frustration.
Since then, the Raiders star has apologized. However, it sounds like Davante Adams may face discipline for his actions from the NFL.
Davante Adams Apologizes To Cameraman But Could Face Discipline From NFL
Adams delivered an apology in the locker room immediately after the game. Emotions were high after the Raiders’ final attempt was a complete debacle. That doesn’t give the star receiver an excuse for his actions by any means. Later in the evening, Davante Adams tweeted another apology in the hopes the cameraman sees it.
Sorry to the guy I pushed over after the game. Obviously very frustrated at the way the game ended and when he ran infront of me as I exited that was my reaction and I felt horrible immediately. Thats not me..MY APOLOGIES man hope you see this.

It’s an ugly situation the Raiders star has put himself in. Getting into an altercation with opponents is one thing, but to shove an innocent bystander is a terrible look for Adams. For that reason, the NFL is going to enforce discipline, per Tom Pelissero. It’s unclear exactly what will happen to Davante Adams for now. However, he could be fined or face a suspension.
#Raiders WR Davante Adams is facing NFL discipline — and potentially even a suspension — for shoving a man to the ground after Monday night’s loss to the #Chiefs, per sources.
The league is reviewing the situation. Adams apologized through the media and again on Twitter.

It’s just a bad look all around. Davante Adams is one of the league’s biggest names. Kids look up to him and his actions can have a trickle-down effect. It’s odd seeing the star receiver so worked up as well. Typically Adams brings a laid-back demeanor.
However, starting the season off to a 1-4 start can certainly change someone’s attitude. He might be regretting leaving Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers now.
