Steve Kerr’s led his Golden State Warriors to three NBA championships in the past four years, with his squad at least reaching the NBA Finals in each of the past four seasons; so he knows a thing or two about building a dynasty. And, although the Warriors aren’t quite the New England Patriots — who have won six Super Bowls now since 2001 — they are the gold standard franchise in the NBA when it comes to building a title contender.
For all those people out there who might complain about Steve Kerr and the Warriors “always winning,” well, you’re not alone, because plenty of people out there think it’s a foregone conclusion that, once again, the Dubs will be hoisting another Larry O’Brien Trophy in a few months. And, because he has a sense of humor, Kerr had a little fun with all those fans who want to see a little more disparity in sports, joking about the Patriots “always winning.” Take a look at what Steve Kerr told Anthony Slater of The Athletic when asked about last night’s Super Bowl.
“It just gets old watching the same team win the whole thing year after year.” 😂😂 #Warriors pic.twitter.com/0hlQrhoejl

Here’s what Steve Kerr said, if you didn’t watch above.
“It just gets old watching the same team win the whole thing,” Kerr said of the Super Bowl, via Anthony Slater of The Athletic. “Sorry, that was really arrogant, wasn’t it? It was kind of fun to say that.”
I’ve got to say, I both love and hate this sh*t from Steve Kerr. As a Cleveland Cavs fan, I had to watch his team dismantle my Cavs in the past two NBA Finals, which, eventually, led to LeBron James splitting town again. But, as someone who enjoys good wit, Kerr plays this perfectly, making fun at those sports fans who think that teams like the Patriots and Warriors are ruining sports, in a way, because they win so frequently.
Steve Kerr might not toot his own horn too often, but, in a time like this, it seems too perfect not to do it. Well done, sir.
