Sanchez retired from football back in 2019 and has made the transition to the announcing booth.

During the Seahawks–Commanders game, Dyami Brown caught a first down in front of Tre Brown and Sanchez described it as “Brown on Brown crime.

Fans were caught off guard by Sanchez considering the racial implications of his comments.
