From Batman villains to Boss Hogg from the Dukes of Hazard to Olivia Pope from Scandal, Harvey was dragging mercilessly with hilarious comparisons. Harvey was bundled up so much because it was a nut-numbing nine degrees, making it the second-coldest New Year’s Eve in Times Square on record.
