NFL ref Brad Allen has spoken out after a controversial penalty call decided the game between the Lions and the Cowboys.
On Saturday night, the Lions were called for an “illegal touching” penalty after a go-ahead two-point conversion because the ref claimed offensive lineman Taylor Decker didn’t report as an illegible receiver.
More proof the NFL is rigged. Lions win the game and afterwards the refs decide to throw a flag. Even the announcers can’t believe it pic.twitter.com/uKtoDd75g4

After the game, Decker insists that he reported to Allen.
#Lions OT Taylor Decker: "I did exactly what the coach told me to do. I went to the ref and said 'report.'"
He also says its his understanding that HC Dan Campbell explained this exact situation to the refs before the game.

In a pool report, Allen claims that #70 Dan Skipper reported and Decker #68 did not.
“On this particular play, number 70, who had reported during the game a couple of times, reported to me as eligible. Then he lined up at the tackle position. … So, the issue is, number 70 did report, number 68 did not.”

Skipper claims he never reported to the ref before the play.
Dan Skipper said he did not report as eligible to the officials on the 2pt play that got called back. Decker said he reported.

It’s clear that someone is lying, and fans want the NFL to investigate the matter.
And there are so many mics on that the field that the NFL will find out the truth. Then almost certainly not tell us. https://t.co/yfIumWOgMM
