Warner Bros. and Discovery completed their merger earlier this month, and sports fans are already noticing big changes while watching games.
On Sunday night, TNT’s slate of playoff games were filled with ads for TLC’s Dr. Pimple Popper show which features famed dermatologist Dr.
Sandra Lee popping extremely large pimples on camera.Sports fans are going to have to get used to seeing more ads from Discovery channels on TNT/TBS in the coming months.
These next two months of NBA/NHL playoffs on Turner are going to be painful with these Discovery Channel ads (one show in particular). The Discovery half of this partnership really brings down the Warner Bros. half.
