Milwaukee Bucks guard Patrick Beverley went out on a sour note on Thursday night.
At the end of the Bucks-Pacers game, when it was clear the Bucks would be eliminated, Beverley got into a heated altercation with fans near the sideline. At one point, Beverley threw the ball into the crowd and drilled a woman in the face with it.

After the game, Beverley once again found himself at the center of controversy when he wouldn’t allow a female reporter to ask him a question because she wasn’t subscribed to his podcast.
Patrick Beverley: “You subscribed to my pod?”
Reporter: “I do not.”
Beverley “You can’t interview me then. No disrespect.”
Beverley: “Can you move that mic please or just get out the circle please?”

The woman in question is apparently a veteran ESPN producer which led to Beverley receiving instant backlash from media members.
Veteran producer Malinda Adams happens to be one of the most respected and professional people we have at ESPN. Bev, you’re going to have to make a couple apologies for stuff tonight. https://t.co/KdQ0VuGoyg

One thing we DO NOT tolerate is clown behavior … especially when directed at one of the best producers sports journalism — and ESPN — has ever seen. Gtfoh.
Shouldn’t have been pulling that weak shit with local media either. https://t.co/4ADBdVsKwe
