There have been countless highly-touted prospects to enter the NBA over the years only to come nowhere close to living up to the lofty expectations set for them and it’s very, very safe to say LeBron James is not one of them.
James was #JustAKidFromAkron when he took the basketball world by storm in high school and was quickly dubbed a generational talent and didn’t take very long to prove he was exactly that once he entered the NBA.
LeBron has the kind of skill set that makes the many absurd moves he’s pulled over the years look absolutely routine and is the kind of athlete that makes other guys on the court second-guess their decision to play basketball in the first place knowing they’ll never come close to reaching the level King James has.
It’d probably take you a full day to watch a highlight reel of the monster dunks and chase-down blocks James has racked up over the course of his 17 seasons in the league but there’s one particular part of his repertoire that he’s honed in recent years to a point where it’s been given its own moniker: the “LeFuckYou Three.”
If you’re unfamiliar with the term, it refers to LeBron’s propensity to pull up from way beyond the arc just because he can, like he did during a game against the Hawks earlier this year.

Over the weekend, the Lakers faced off against the Pelicans and Zion Williamson—the potential heir to LeBron’s throne—and after the rookie threw down an emphatic dunk, James reminded him who’s still boss when he answered with a trey from the parking lot.

However, he truly outdid himself on Tuesday night during a matchup against the 76ers in Los Angeles, where he casually pulled up from the Lakers logo at midcourt with 19 seconds remaining on the shot clock and absolutely buried it.
