The Denver Broncos came out swinging once the legal tampering period opened for free agency.
It’s clear the front office is aiming to improve the offensive line, as that has been a major weak spot on the roster for years.
Even so, Broncos fans have mixed feelings about the players the team is going to sign.
According to Mike Klis, Denver made one of the first big signings of free agency after reeling in left guard Ben Powers.
Not sure what happened there. The Powers deal per source, It’s a 4-year, $52m deal for Powers. $28.5m guaranteed that includes $13m signing bonus. #9sports

Shortly after, the Broncos reached a deal with one of the top right tackles available in Mike McGlinchey, per Diana Russini.

With the front office addressing two major holes on the offense, you’d think Broncos fans would be happy with these signings.
Even so, it sounds like the fanbase is nearly split 50/50 on these deals.Broncos going all in Damn

Some are loving what this team is doing in free agency.
Broncos have been big FA winners, no way around it.

Others don’t like how much the Broncos are spending.

This guy is trying to put some fans in their place.
The same fans complaining about the deals are the same ones saying the Broncos front office was being cheap in signing OL over the last 5+ years. Pick a lane and shut up you bipolar weasels! pic.twitter.com/vfIYjGwR6n

Considering the roster Denver has, it makes sense to go all-in and acquire big-name free agent targets. Hopefully, it leads to more wins, as the Broncos are tied up with numerous veterans for several years.
