Army Just Unveiled Its Custom Uniforms For The Navy Game And I Can’t Tell Where They End And Heaven Begins

One week after Navy unveiled its beautiful Blue Angels uniforms created by Under Armour, Army and Nike hit back with some sexy threads of their own. The Black Knights (8-3) will rock fresh all-white unis honoring one of its famed divisions against their military counterpart Saturday on CBS for the Commander-in-Chief’s Trophy.

The uniforms pay tribute to the 10th Mountain Division, noted for its ability to fight in harsh mountainous terrain.

Via Nike’s Climb To Glory website:

“The 2017 Army-Navy Uniform tells the story of the soldiers of the 10th Mountain Division and their birth in the winter warfare of World War II. The specialty of the 10th Mountain Division is to conquer the land. They fight on the harshest terrain, in any climate, anywhere in the world, to protect and defend the United States of America. We honor the past by re-telling the story of the “Climb to Glory.” A story of valor, courage, and sacrifice. Inspired, humbled, and motivated by the soldiers that came before us, we don their patches, adopt their mottos, and hold their deeds close to our hearts.”

According to The Baltimore Sun, “soldiers trained at high altitudes on skis and snowshoes and learned cold-weather survival tactics, sleeping outside without tents in the Rocky Mountains.”

I know I sound like my girlfriend when I say this but I may tune into the game Saturday solely to peep the uniforms.
