 It came on the very first pitch of the Oklahoma vs. Notre Dame contest in Omaha. Both teams are looking to stay undefeated in the College World Series and make their way to the Finals.

Early in action, Oklahoma first baseman Blake Robertson was seen flying into the dugout while hauling in a foul ball. The

caused the fielder to flip over the railing and land flat on his back on the concrete stairs below.

But he held on for the putout.

The play certainly got the Sooners off to a good start.

Robertson, who’s in his first season at Oklahoma, is hitting .309 with 51 runs batted in. He’s hoping to help the Sooners land their first College World Series title since 1994.

They’re off to a good start Sunday night, jumping out to a 5-0 lead through five innings of play. We’ll see if they can close out a win an advance further into the winner’s bracket.
