The start of the New York Jets training camp last week gave NFL fans their first taste of Aaron Rodgers in a full Jets uniform.
Unfortunately for Rodgers and Jets fans, though, some of those photos aren’t all that flattering, particularly one that’s going viral because Rodgers “looks like he’s wearing an Aaron Rodgers Halloween costume for children.

Most of the replies and quote tweets seemed to agree, with some people — either seriously or facetiously — even seeming concerned about his apparent weight loss.

Some of the jokes were about how Rodgers’ recent personality and lifestyle update might be responsible for his surprisingly gaunt look.

Luckily for Jets fans, if they want a better look at Rodgers in Gang Green’s colors, the team just officially announced their “Jets Legacy White” uniforms, which pay homage to the New York Sack Exchange teams of the 1980s.
The throwback uniforms — which feature the Jets’ “Winged-J” logo, which they abandoned in 1997 — will be worn in their Week 1 game against the Buffalo Bills and their Week 4 game against the Kansas City Chiefs.
Rodgers and the rest of the New York Jets, wearing their aforementioned throwback jerseys, will open their 2023 campaign at home with a Monday Night Football matchup against their AFC East rivals, the Buffalo Bills, on September 11.
Heading into the season, the Jets are in virtually uncharted territory as the team is expected to contend for a Super Bowl despite not having made the playoffs in over a decade.
While they’re the current owners of the longer postseason drought in the NFL (they haven’t qualified since 2010), the Jets are currently one of the seven biggest favorites to win this season’s Super Bowl, according to the odds out of Las Vegas.
At this time, only the Kansas City Chiefs, Philadelphia Eagles, San Francisco 49ers, Buffalo Bills, Cincinnati Bengals, and Dallas Cowboys have better odds to lift the Lombardi Trophy than the Jets.
Having kicked off training camp in New Jersey last week, the Jets will open the season with a Monday Night Football matchup against the Buffalo Bills on the 22nd anniversary of 9/11.
