The NY Giants were quiet on social media during the team’s opening-day loss to the Dallas Cowboys.
On Sunday night, the Giants got blown out by the Cowboys 40-0 at home.

Things got so bad for the Giants that their home fans booed them off the field several times.
The Giants social media manager apparently didn’t even bother tweeting or posting Instagram photos during the loss, which is odd for a social media team.
The final Tweet from the NY Giants account was “Gametime” with a video.

The Giants did not post once throughout the night, and fans roasted them for it.
Pray for the Giants social media manager who hasn’t sent a single tweet tonight pic.twitter.com/YEfjUR0wkF

The #Giants official twitter account tweeted “GAMETIME” two hours ago and have not tweeted since, not even a final score tweet, which teams usually do.
I guess understand why…that was bad. pic.twitter.com/MQAoVRKawu

The Giants eventually retweeted an article from Giants.com writer Dan Salamone recapping the game but have to tweet themselves.
