Ben Simmons has made it very clear that he is not interested in playing for the Philadelphia 76ers anymore. He’s already told the team he wants to be traded. He’s skipping practices. He’s reportedly cut off communication with the team. And now he’s selling his luxe condo at The Ritz-Carlton Residences in Philly for $3.1 million.
It’s quite a nice place too. It’s 3,079 square feet (that’s $1,007 per square foot!), has three bedrooms and 4.5 baths, comes with two underground parking spots, and valet parking.
This condo is the smallest of the three homes Ben Simmons owns. His house in Moorestown, New Jersey, which he is rumored to also be putting on the market, is around 10,000 square feet, while the all-black $17.5 million farmhouse he bought in Los Angeles this summer is approximately 12,000 square feet.
