There’s no love lost between Celtics fans and Kyrie Irving.
Irving, who currently plays for the Dallas Mavericks, infamously left Boston back in 2019 and has been involved in a few incidents at the Boston Garden over the years.
While speaking to the media, Irving shared his mindset while playing in front of the hostile Celtics crowd.
“It’s basketball at the end of the day. Being in this environment, I’m used to it at this point. Earlier in my career, there was a different relationship that I had with Boston… I thought it was gonna be a little louder in here.”
