Aaron Donald isn’t leaving Los Angeles any time soon.
After mulling over retirement for a few weeks following the Rams’ Super Bowl winning season, Donald announced that he plans to come back for the 2022 campaign.
And it seems that a contract extension is likely in store for the league’s most dominant defender.The NFL star, who recently sold his old Calabasas home, has purchased a new mansion in the Hidden Hills gated community. The new crib is a modern farmhouse with eight bedrooms, nine bathrooms, and a plethora of unique features.
The 12,000 square-foot home comes fully equipped with a game room, movie theater, gym, sauna, steam shower, and outdoor pool and patio. It sits on just under two acres of land and possesses a spacious four-car garage.

Aaron Donald Isn’t The Only Ram That’s On The Real Estate Market
Donald landed the new pad for just over $17 million, making him neighbors with Rams head coach Sean McVay, who recently purchased a similar farmhouse style mansion in Hidden Hills for $14 million.
Those aren’t the only Rams to be active on the real estate market this offseason.

Donald has been one of the most impactful defensive players in the NFL over the last few years. In eight seasons, he’s landed seven All-Pro nominations and a Super Bowl win. Donald, who has racked up 98 career sacks, has been named to the Pro Bowl every year since joining the league in 2014.
The Rams will be glad to have him in Los Angeles for a few seasons longer.
