In the 2023 season, the spotlight falls on the Baltimore Ravens, who currently boast the highest number of female coaches on their staff with three.
Megan Rosburg, Kaelyn Buskey, and Mariana Salas, are set to contribute significantly to the Ravens’ coaching lineup.
