Baltimore Ravens safety Kyle Hamilton did not agree with his ejection during Sunday’s NFL game in London after a helmet-to-helmet hit. By the rules, he 100% should have been ejected.
The incident occurred during the third quarter. Tennessee wide receiver Chris Moore went up for a jump ball near the end zone alongside Baltimore defensive back Brandon Stephens.
Moore ultimately could not make the play and Hamilton came flying in like a missile as he came down from trying to make the catch. It made for a pretty violent collision in which the Ravens safety made direct contact to the Titans pass-catcher’s head with the crown of his helmet.
Targeting was called. Hamilton was thrown out of the game.
The officials absolutely got it right. There wasn’t much room for deliberation.

Baltimore fans and football purists may have felt as though there was nothing that Hamilton could have done differently. That would be an invalid opinion. An ejection, by the book, was more than warranted.
Kyle Hamilton didn’t think so.
Hamilton was among those who disagreed with the ruling. As the second-year defensive back made his way off of the field,
Hamilton
Although it is not entirely clear, it appeared as though he might have expressed his frustration in the direction of the nearest referee. An official’s hat made its way into the frame, but Hamilton may have been looking past him.
No matter who was on the other end of his communication, Hamilton was not happy. However, he will soon review the hit for himself and will hopefully understand that it was the right call.
Kyle Hamilton led with his helmet, made direct contact with another helmet, and got ejected.
