Budweiser Offering Free Beer When You Buy This Remarkably Affordable Home Completely Decorated With Beer Cans

Admittedly, when BroBible features homes on the site, they are generally not priced affordably-priced properties. But for those with limited funds available to spend on a home, who also love beer, boy do we have a real estate investment for you. Not only is this home low-priced, but it comes with free beer.

Run, don’t walk, to get your mortgage preapprovals for this property.

Michael Amelotte didn’t like Budweiser beer. Michael Amelotte LOVED Budweiser beer! He loved Budweiser so intensely that he decorated nearly his entire house with Bud cans on the walls. He was a U.S. Navy veteran who was stationed aboard an aircraft carrier and worked as a decoder during the Cuban Missile Crisis, as reported by Laughing Squid.

Sadly, Amelotte passed away on June 9, 2020, according to Fox News. The home is located in Lake Worth, Florida, in between West Palm Beach and Boca Raton. His uniquely-designed two-bedroom, two-bath 815-square-foot condo with beer cans as wallpaper is up for sale. Thank goodness this wasn’t an 8-bedroom, 4,650-square-foot mansion.

“Entering the spacious 2BR/2BA corner-unit condo, you immediately reminisce of long road trips and the inevitable belting out of the beloved song, ’99 Bottles of Beer on the Wall!’ Budweiser’s biggest fan meticulously adorned the walls and ceilings with Budweiser beer cans to display and showcase their intense love for one of America’s favorite domestic brews,” the Realtor listing reads. “Whether you keep the current decor for your Youtube beer show or decide to renovate the home, this property offers tons of entertainment potential!”

The condo is beautifully decorated by Amelotte, who took great pride in personally contributing to this one-of-a-kind décor. A labor of love, you could say. “He even created crown molding and used different sizes of cans to accommodate electrical outlets and the A/C vents,” the post states.

“Every can of beer on that wall was drunk in that house,” Kris Johnson, a friend of Amelotte’s, told the New York Post. “He did not go through any Dumpster, because whenever somebody came over, they brought a case of beer. He was a super guy.”

You have to respect Amelotte’s commitment to his vision for his home.

Realtor Kristen Kearney promoted the home on Facebook, where a savvy Budweiser publicity agent spotted it. Budweiser said they would stock the buyer’s fridge with free beer as long as they don’t renovate. Smart marketing.

The “House of Budweiser” is listed for sale at a remarkably affordable price of $100,000. That comes with all of the beer decorations and free beer. We need more glorious houses like this on Selling Sunset.
