WNBA star Natasha Cloud is fed up with all the talk around Caitlin Clark.
Earlier this week, LeBron James went out of his way to give Clark her props as she struggles in her rookie season in the WNBA.
“I hope (Caitlin Clark) kills. I hope Aliyah Boston does amazing. I hope they do great. I’m just kind of in this mode right now because I’m getting the same thing from watching my son who is a 19-year-old getting a lot of animosity and hatred toward him when he’s just a kid trying to live out his dream and there’s a very small number of men and women that actually get to live out their dream of playing professional sports.
”TNT’s Charles Barkley saw LeBron’s comments and went on a rant blasting “hating” WNBA women for their treatment of Clark.
“You women out there, ya’ll petty. LeBron you’re 100 percent right on these girls hating on Caitlin Clark, ya’ll petty girls. I expect men to be petty cause we’re the most insecure group in the world, ya’ll should be thanking that girl for getting you private charters, all the money and visibly that she’s bringing to the WNBA. Caitlin Clark thank you for bringing all that money and shine to the WNBA”

Cloud responded to Barkley and LeBron’s comments by asking men to stay out of critiquing the league they know nothing about.
I’m tired of hearing men talk about our league knowing nothing about our history.
Invest or stfu. Respectfully.

Cloud immediately received backlash from men over her comments.
Men’s league has subsidized yours for 25 years. MEN are your primary fans, not women.
I’m so confused by your statement given these FACTS. https://t.co/JOQN5c4OvN

A business school should teach a course on how to NOT run a business and basically just highlight everything the WNBA does and how their players/media act https://t.co/AbmetW3aAk
