With season four of The Boys set to return in June, the marketing for the hit Prime Video series is beginning to ramp out.
Back in early December, the first trailer for the upcoming batch of episodes was released. Then, a few weeks ago, came the first poster for season four, which featured Antony Starr’s Homelander and Claudia Doumit’s Victoria Neuman waving at a campaign event.
The latest piece of marketing, however, as it ups the ante by aiming at indicted former President Donald Trump. Featuring a close-up of Homelander’s face in front of a red background, the poster also boasts the slogan “Make America Super Again.”
Given that Homelander is the unreputed, psychopathic murderous villain of The Boys, the commentary that the series is making in its advertising isn’t necessarily subtle.

In addition to Starr and Doumit, The Boys also stars Karl Urban, Jack Quaid, Erin Moriarty, Dominique McElligott, Jessie T. Usher, Chace Crawford, Laz Alonso, Tomer Capone, Karen Fukuhara, and Nathan Mitchell.
The Boys, which first premiered in 2019 and is based on the comic book series of the same name, has become a successful franchise for Prime Video, as the animated spin-off Diabolical was released in 2022, followed by the college-focused and well-received anthology series Gen V in 2023.
The series isn’t just a hit among fans, however, as it’s also quite the critical darling, boasting a 93% critics score on Rotten Tomatoes and an Emmy nomination for Outstanding Drama Series in 2021.
Season four of The Boys will premiere on Prime Video on Thursday, June 13. You can check out the first official trailer below.
