A woman who claims she was abused by late pedophile Jeffrey Epstein has filed a lawsuit against renowned psychiatrist and Moviefone co-founder Henry Jarecki for allegedly sexually assaulting and trafficking her.
The woman, identified only as Jane Doe 11, claims in the lawsuit that Henry Jarecki began abusing her after Jeffrey Epstein referred her to the psychiatrist, calling him the “best doctor in New York City.
”She also claims in the lawsuit that Jarecki (pictured above posing at an event with actress Paz de la Huerta) was Epstein’s “go-to” doctor and that he would, according to the New York Post, regularly treat the Epstein’s victims “and often shared young women’s confidential medical information with him.”
Jarecki was allegedly used by Jeffrey Epstein “to avoid unwanted attention on Epstein’s sexual abuse of these young women,” the lawsuit claims.
Also claimed in the lawsuit that was filed on Monday is the accusation that Henry Jarecki raped the alleged victim for years and turned her into a “modern-day sex slave” after she visited him to treat her depression.
She alleges that Jeffrey Epstein began sexually abusing her in 2010 after she arrived in the United States to seek work as a model.
“During this first consultation, Jarecki told Jane Doe 11 that he had something that could make her happy right away,” she claims in the lawsuit. “However, instead of prescribing her medication, Jarecki presented her with an expensive wristwatch.”
Jane Doe 11 says Jarecki promised to “save” her from Epstein, ordered her into a “commercial relationship” by threatening her work status, pushed her to move into an apartment near his home, and threatening her.
“Any time Jane Doe 11 would appear depressed or put up any level of resistance, Jarecki would remind her of the high rent that he could be charging and aggressively threaten punishment if she did not follow his sexual commands,” the lawsuit reads.
She claims Henry Jarecki raped her dozens of times, ordered her to have threesomes and have sex with other men in front of him, and trafficked her to his own private island in the Caribbean.
“Jarecki also understood that the females Epstein was sending were under Epstein’s control and Jarecki could himself attempt to sexually abuse them without risk of being reported,” the Wall Street Journal reports that lawsuit claims.
“The allegations will be shown to be entirely false and baseless,” Jarecki’s attorney, Sarita Kedia, said in a statement. “Dr. Jarecki never engaged in any abusive conduct with the complainant or any other person.”
In 1999, Henry and his son, Andrew Jarecki, a documentary filmmaker known for Capturing the Friedmans, sold Moviefone to AOL for nearly $390 million in stock in 1999.
