Mike Tyson is firing back at other pro boxers who have been critical of his fight against Jake Paul.
When the Paul vs Tyson fight was announced, several pro fighters came out of the woodwork to criticize the fight.
Even boxing superstar Canelo Alvarez slammed the fight as more of a “show than a fight. ”

During a recent interview with Reuters, Tyson claimed that all the boxers speaking out against his fight vs Paul are just “jealous” they can’t sell out an 80,000-seat stadium.
Via CNN.com
“I’m 58, and what? I’m getting billions of views from just talking about fighting. Everybody, even most of the athletes, they’re jealous… You couldn’t sell out an arena. Who at 58 can sell out an 80,000-seat arena? Why do you think he wants to fight me and not anybody else? All the boxers want to fight him. But if he fought them, the only people that will come are the people that like him. Their parents might not even come watch them.”
As of now, it’s unclear if Tyson’s fight against Paul will be a pro fight or an exhibition.
It’s still not known whether the Texas Athletic Commission will grant Tyson a license to fight Paul, considering the 31-year age difference between the two fighters.
