Steelers Directly Blame Refs For Losing To Jaguars

Steelers wide receiver Diontae Johnson is pointing fingers at the refs for the team’s 20-10 loss to the Jaguars, dropping their record to 4-3.

Adding injury to insult, the Steelers also lost quarterback Kenny Pickett during the game.

After the game, Johnson, who led the team with 8 catches for 85 yards, didn’t hold back, telling the media, “I don’t care what nobody is saying, they cost us the game.

” He went on to claim, “They wanted them to win. Everything was in their favor, every little call.”

Johnson really expressed his frustration with the officiating, adding, “They were calling some stupid stuff. They should get fined for making terrible calls. That’s how pissed I am.” He even went as far as to speculate, “They must have got paid good today or something.”

It’s clear that emotions are running high for the Steelers’ right now, but they’ll have to regroup quickly as they face the Titans in Week 9, where they’ll play against the rising rookie, Will Levis, who just had a 4 touchdown game in his debut against the Falcons.
