There has been a lot of dumb things come out of famous people’s mouths and brains since the pandemic began.
Looking at you Justin Timberlake, Ellen Degeneres, Evangeline Lilly, Bobby Flay, Pharrell, and Vanessa Hudgens.
But the dumbest thing that’s been said might have taken place on Wednesday when counselor to the President of the United States Kellyanne Conway insinuated that there have been 18 previous versions of the coronavirus before COVID-19.
“This is COVID-19 not COVID-1, folks,” Conway stated on Fox News. “You would think that people charged with the World Health Organization facts and figures would be on top of that. This is just a pause right now. So there’s an investigation examination to what happened, but people should know the facts.”

“…but people should know the facts.”
How about the people who work in the goddamn White House? Should they know the facts? And what the heck is an “investigation examination” anyway?
And how on Earth was there three other people on the screen listening to that and not one of them came unglued when Conway said what she did?
Needless to say, the internet was all over Conway’s completely ridiculous statement.
@revrrlewis Jesus @KellyannePolls you're supposed to help the American people and you're too stupid to understand 1… twitter.com/i/web/status/1…
