Charles Barkley had to remind Draymond Green that the Golden State Warriors weren’t good last season.
On Wednesday night, Green joined “Inside The NBA” for their coverage of the NBA playoffs, weeks after the Warriors were eliminated from playoff contention by losing their play-in game to the Sacramento Kings.
During the Pacers-Celtics pregame show, Bulls’ Alex Caruso told the Inside The NBA crew that he believed DeMar DeRozan should have won clutch player of the year. Green interjected by saying Steph Curry should have won clutch player of the year because Curry “was winning.”
Barkley hilariously reacted to Green’s response by reminding him that the Warriors weren’t very good this year.
Alex Caruso: “I think DeMar [DeRozan] could have won [Clutch Player of the Year]—”
Draymond Green: “Uh uh… and DeMar my guy… but he couldn’t have because Steph Curry was winning.”
Charles Barkley: “Y’all were winning? Y’all were in the Play-In.”

It does seem like Green has a future in broadcasting whenever he does retire from playing in the NBA.
