High School Musical alums Vanessa Hudgens and Ashley Tisdale had a mini-reunion along with some other buddies, including Vanessa’s sister Stella. Only instead of singing Disney songs they hung out in bikinis and did a little twerking to Kendrick Lamar.
It’s nice to see that Hudgens is still living the good life even though her DC superhero show Powerless got canned after just 12 episodes by NBC last month.
She really hasn’t done much since appearing in one of my favorite films, Spring Breakers, back in 2012. A quick look and I see just four meh movies, that Grease: Live thing and Powerless on her resume since then. I thought she’d be a bigger star by now.As for Tisdale, I have no idea what she’s been doing since that cheerleader show she was on called Hellcats went off the air back in 2011 after one season. I guess she does a lot of voice work for shows like Phineas and Ferb, Sabrina: Secrets of a Teenage Witch, American Dad! and video games like Skylanders Academy. Whatever pays the bills, right?
Anyway, back to the original point of all of this: the two of them reuniting for a sun-splashed bikini vacay…
