Dez Bryant Rakes In Over $400K After Hitting 13-Leg College Basketball Parlay

If you’re a sports bettor looking to turn a tiny investment into a massive payday, it’s hard to beat the allure of a longshot parlay. Those wagers usually lead to disappointment, but Dez Bryant had a major reason to celebrate after throwing down some cash on a slate of college basketball games.

Dez Bryant did pretty well for himself during his time in the NFL,  as the wide receiver who spent the majority of his career with the Dallas Cowboys raked in more than $50 million in contract money alone by the time he decided to hang up his cleats after nine seasons in the league.

He obviously knows a thing or two about football, but it would appear he’s also pretty knowledgeable when it comes to college basketball based on the massive bag he was able to secure thanks to what transpired over the weekend.

On Saturday night, Bryant hopped online to take a victory lap after throwing down $767.68 on a 13-leg parlay concerning the outcome of 13 college basketball games.

, but decided to put his faith in Nevada to pull off a slight upset against UNLV en route to taking home $416,970.35 after the Wolf Pack rallied for the 69-66 victory that sealed the deal.

(which was made possible with other small upsets courtesy of Seattle and Wyoming), although he may have cashed out prematurely when you consider that clip showed he “only” won $317,081.71.

He added he could’ve made more than $1 million thanks to another 15-leg parlay that was derailed by Washington, who were -300 favorites in their showdown with Cal but ultimately lost by a score of 82-80.
