Rapper Travis Scott is one of the biggest acts in music. His performance at the 66th Annual Grammy Awards was highly-anticipated by many.
But, we didn’t get to hear a lot of it, as Scott’s constant swearing didn’t mesh well with the required censors due to the event being televised on network television.
Travis Scott performed My Eyes, I know?, and Fein, with Playboi Carti also joining him onstage.
Here’s an excerpt of the performance, albeit one that didn’t contain a lot of the frequent bleeps that the whole performance had.

He’s absolutely going for it on music’s most prestigious night. But, for many, the constant swearing ruined the performance. Not that people are being prude, but a performance where it’s constantly being bleeped out just isn’t all that appealing.
DID ANYONE TELL TRAVIS SCOTT HE CANT SWEAR ON LIVE TELEVISION
the audio randomly cutting out trying to censor him during the performance SENT ME— catrina:) (@undrscrcat)
Hot take. Travis Scott underwhelmed. He had too much profanity for CBS so it was basically a bleep fest. #GRAMMYs

Then, he started destroying the set, which is obviously part of the show, but may not translate particularly well to a network television audience.

Travis Scott’s album, Utopia, was nominated for Best Rap Album, but lost the award to Killer Mike’s Michael. Killer Mike was arrested soon after he won his three Grammy’s, though it doesn’t seem to be a huge problem.
