Cooter spent the 2022 season as the Jaguars Passing Game Coordinator. He also worked with Steichen on the Eagles in 2021, when he served as a consultant.
Cooter was previously the Lions Offensive Coordinator from 2016-2018 and had various degrees of success.
Jim Bob will not call plays in for the Colts in 2023, as Steichen already said he plans on doing that for the offense.
