Taylor Swift Fans Were Very Upset About Eminem Being On TV During Lions Game

Before the Detroit Lions took on the Los Angeles Rams in their NFC Wild Card match-up Sunday night, lifelong Lions fan Eminem had a message for Matthew Stafford.

“You owe me this favor, bro. I was there for you when you won it. I rapped for you.

Can you just let us have this one? Just this one?!” the Real Slim Shady begged the former Lions’ quarterback.

So, as one might expect, during the broadcast of the Lions’ playoff game cameras found their way to Eminem on multiple occasions to get his reactions.

Also, as one should expect, many Taylor Swift fans were beside themselves, calling out “double standard” because people weren’t complaining about all the camera shots of Eminem like they do when their girl is shown during Kansas City Chiefs games.

There’s just one problem with the comparisons between the NFL showing Taylor Swift during every Chiefs game and Eminem during a Lions playoff game…

Eminem has been a Lions fan since birth and Detroit, until Sunday night, hadn’t won a playoff game since 1991.

Taylor Swift has only been a Chiefs fan for a few months and it’s because she’s dating the team’s star tight end. If she and Travis Kelce ever break up, what are the chances she keeps that suite at Arrowhead Stadium?

It would seem, based on all of the social media mentions of the two musicians that there is only one correct way to settle this.
