Broncos Player Ejected For Vicious Hit On Commanders TE Logan Thomas During Touchdown Catch

Denver Broncos safety Kareem Jackson found himself in hot water again after being ejected from Sunday’s game against the Washington Commanders for a brutal hit on tight end Logan Thomas.

The incident occurred during the second quarter when Logan Thomas was on the receiving end of a touchdown pass.

As Thomas secured the catch in the end zone, Jackson delivered a vicious hit to the head.

Thomas somehow managed to maintain possession of the football but remained on the ground after the play. He was subsequently evaluated for a possible concussion and removed from the game.

This marks the second consecutive week in which Jackson has been involved in a controversial hit on an opposing player.

Just last week, Jackson delivered an illegal hit to the head of Las Vegas Raiders receiver Jakobi Meyers, sidelining him as well. On that occasion, Jackson received a 15-yard penalty and a $14,819 fine from the NFL.

The repeat offenses have raised concerns about Jackson’s playing style and whether a suspension may be necessary to deter further illegal hits on opponents.
