There’s no shortage of insane stories of how far NFL QB’s can throw the pigskin, some so outlandish that they border on folklore. Buffalo Bills rookie QB Josh Allen can throw the rock 50 yards from his knees. Former Raiders QB JaMarcus Russell could reportedly throw the ball 70 yards from his knees, and this feat was co-signed by Nick Saban, saying: “I saw it, and it was pretty amazing.
JaMarcus was that kind of talented guy.” Los Angeles Chargers backup and Ohio State product Cardale Jones recorded a top velocity of top 53 mph from his knees, which is comparable to what NFL quarterbacks A.J. McCarron and Tyrod Taylor are capable of throwing from a standing position.Maybe the most impressive of all comes from the arm of a high school teenager who is going viral for throwing a moonshot from his own 17-yard line to complete a pass at his opponents 9-yard line for an easy score. That is 74 yards, in the air. From a kid who cannot legally drink yet. Check it out below:

It’s not been made available who this dude is yet, but this one throw could have very well earned him a full ride.
